My closing was screwed up and my move had to be changed with short notice, they changed my date, no problem, stored my house items for 3 days and then moved me into my new place. Our mover was Mike. He was so great throughout the entire process! He kept us informed, took excellent care of our belongings from start to finish and was very kind and professional. He exceeded our expectations and we would be happy to refer him and United to our family and friends. Cris was our contact person and guided us throughout the entire process by answering all of questions and putting us at ease. Raymond and his team did an outstanding job packing our belongings and understanding our needs. Jason and his team Rex, Chase, Carlos and a few names I forgot sorry were the best. I was impressed with the professionalism and desire to satisfy the customer shown by each representative of United, including the sales representative, the logistics point-of-contact, and the driver. As stressful as a move such as this can be, United did everything possible to allay my stress at a Covid-19 point in time. I was especially impressed when the driver called a week after I moved-in to see how my mom and I were doing with the unpacking.
